The day to day business of the Club is run by a committee of members elected each year at the Annual General Meeting.

Members are encouraged to contact a member of the committee with any suggestions or comments about the general running of the Club.

The current committee is:

Chairman - David Smith

A member of the original club and founder member of the present Club. David works as a business consultant to a large financial services company and has been shooting at Bisley since the mid 70s and has represented the Kent County team on many occasions.

Shooting Captain - Peter Griggs

Started shooting in 1966. He has represented Great Britain on tours of Canada, New Zealand and South Africa and England in the National Matches of 1977 & 2004. Peter is a regular in the Kent County team and his most prominent individual successes were a 4th place in the 1977 Queens Final and winning the 2nd stage of the St George's in 2004.

Secretary - Frank Harriss (GM)

Has shot for GB (Canada, 1974), England and Hereford and Worcester.  His greatest achievement was winning HM The Queen’s prize in 1974.  He ran the shooting at Malvern College from 1967 to 2005 during which time they came first once and second once in the Ashburton.  He was Commandant of the Athelings team to Canada in 2007.  He is a retired schoolmaster who dabbles in Chemistry examining to keep up with the subject.

Treasurer - Bill Rowland

Also a Member of the original club and founder member of the present club.    Bill has regularly shot for his county, Somerset, for a number of years and in 2008 added an international cap, shooting for England in the European Long Range Championships.    His most prominent individual success was wining the Conan Doyle during the 2004 Imperial Meeting.    Outside of shooting Bill is an Assistant Director with a company providing Trustee and fiduciary services (don’t ask!) and has (perhaps unrealistic in the minds of other Members of the Committee) dreams of owning an E-Type.

Members Representative - Graham King
Premises Manager - Mike Craft
Assistant Secretary - Dave Crisford

Started shooting in 1969, and competed in the NRA meeting regularly from 1971 through to the late 1990’s, peaking in the early '80's, reaching the Queens Final and The Georges Final.  Also shot regularly for the Kent team from 1975 through to 1985. Now a social shooter. Accepted early retirement from the National Grid Company in 2002 and now plays in the garden, with a particular interest in top and soft fruit production and of yeast activated preservation techniques of the fruit produced.
